Don’t open an account in this bank. I had a very bad experience at YES Bank due to extremely unprofessional staff behavior. When I approached the staff for help, she clearly said she had other work and told me to come back after one hour. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. Banking service should be supportive and customer-focused, but my experience was the opposite.
