Very poor customer service. I know this branch is not specifically for the personal loan department, but the staff should still speak to customers professionally. Instead, they were very rude and unhelpful. If they were unable to answer my questions, they should have explained the situation politely instead of behaving in a neglectful manner. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff need better customer service training and should treat every customer with respect.

No one cares to answer the branch phone. How do they run the bank .

Worst co-ordiantion and relationship manager doesnt answers the call nor they revert to the messages. i am following up since last 3 months for one query as i am out town but no one is replying nor reverting. worst bank and service ever experienced.
