From last 2 month my friends account got freezed, constant calls and mails are not being responded, the staff said bank person will come and check the proof who came after 3 weeks, and still account is freezed after the visit 2 weeks back. Pathetic service! I dont know what happiness they get. Such service in such a reputed area is shameless!
From last 2 weeks my account is freezed , when I asked them the reason they said you are doing 20+ transactions in a day and that’s the reason your account is blocked ( Revert received from Deputy Branch Manager Thane Wagle estate branch during my personal visit at their branch ) - And you all will be surprised that I have mailed couple of mails to Yes bank customer care and till today they have not reverted and the mail is Market to PMO / CMO as well, this shows how careless Yes bank staff is, am holding my account with Col... read more
