Bad experience.only because of the staff.
The bank staff were not helpful at all. When I asked for a cheque deposit slip, they provided me with a demand draft (DD) form instead. After that, they asked me to fill out a cheque deposit slip again. The entire process was confusing and unprofessional. Overall, the service was disappointing, and the staff need better training to assist customers correctly.
If I could give a star below zero, I would. A simple request to update phone no, was promised within 2 days, been 5 days so far and now there is a weekend so will be done in 8 days. Staff is not interested in giving proper advice on timeliness. I have no trust in yes bank services. Would encourage future customers to not bank with yes bank.
