One of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. YES BANK feels extremely insecure when it comes to protecting customers from fraud, and getting help when there is a problem has been incredibly frustrating. The customer service and branch employees have been rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of listening to the problem and trying to find a solution, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. Worst service from this branch. Ms Seema Kumpawat mis-sold an insurance policy to my senior citizen father, and the bank and insurer Axis Max Life have mentally harassed him when he enquired about claiming the guaranteed maturity amount. Complete lack of accountability and coercive tactics from this branch and the insurance company.
