Ms Seema Kumpawat mis-sold an insurance policy to my senior citizen father, and the bank and insurer Axis Max Life have mentally harassed him when he enquired about claiming the guaranteed maturity amount. Complete lack of accountability and coercive tactics from this branch and the insurance company.
