Very bad behaviour from lady branch manager. Today I and my mother (80 year old senior citizen) visited this Yes Bank, Bhayli Nilamber circle branch for Aadhar card updation. In the morning they told us to come at 2:30-3:00 pm. We went at 2:35pm. The person at the counter started with the process. We waited. Initially, my experience with Yes Bank was good. The staff was professional, polite, and helpful, which gave me confidence in their services. However, after some time, the situation changed completely. The staff made commitments that were later not fulfilled.
