I had a very disappointing experience at the Yes Bank Kharadi branch. The staff was neither supportive nor helpful. My concerns were not addressed properly, and I felt ignored when seeking assistance. The service was slow, and there was a lack of professionalism and customer focus. I expected better support from a banking institution. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory.
Very disappointing experience at Yes Bank Kharadi Branch. I visited the branch multiple times regarding cheque clearance, but every time I received different information and no clear commitment. The staff and Branch Manager showed very little concern for customer inconvenience and were unable to provide a proper resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was a lack of accountability and professionalism. Such poor customer service is not expected from a reputed bank like Yes Bank.
