Horrible customer service. They charge you the $500 damage fee 1 week after you drop the car off for no reason and will not respond to phone calls or emails. You try calling but get some person who says they cannot do anything and that they will have someone call, but nobody does. Use a real company not these scammers.

Questionable business practices. A week after we dropped off the jeep, we got a cryptic message about filing an insurance claim. They kept our $500 deposit with no explanation and told us to call a third party, which also had no information. We did not damage the vehicle in any way. Would avoid renting from this company!

Read until the end. I rented the car and they were very attentive. I inspected the car for damages as soon as I picked it up. There were a few normal scratches, but this time, in my innocence, I pointed them out to the attendant, and she took pictures. I didn’t take any photos myself (I’ve rented cars countless times through Turo, and thankfully, it’s mandatory to take pictures there — even so, I’ve never had a problem like the one I had now). From 5 stars to 0 in just days They seemed amazing at first — friendly staff, on-time airport pickup, and a nearly new car. We pointed out a small dent near the gas tank when we got the car, and their staff took the photos. Upon return, no issues were mentioned. Eleven days later, we got an email claiming we caused that same dent and were charged $500. Without our own photos or the staff’s names, they refused to help. The team at Yellowstone was absolutely fantastic. We booked with them for a couple of reasons, including the fact that our in-bound flight arrived after midnight, and they were still willing to meet us for a late night pick-up. The rental vehicle was as promised, clean and in great working order... perfect for our family and trips around Montana and Wyoming. Beyond this, when our out-bound flight was delayed significantly, Yellowstone worked with us to keep the rental vehicle a few hours longer to minimize time sitting in BZ... read more
