The best physical therapy i have ever experienced! Very helpful staff. with your best recovery in mind. very outstanding service. Id highly recommend for anyone.
Chad was very good at communicating, assessing, formulating and implementing a plan to address the issues I was having. He does not rush through his analysis and makes sure you thoroughly understand the treatment he prescribes. Chad truly cares about you as his patient and it shows. I highly recommend Chad to anybody needing physical therapy, you will not be disappointed.
Our Family has been using YPT for over 10 years for our therapy needs; due to injuries as student athletes, surgeries, strengthing, and custom inserts. They are easy to schedule appointments with and are accommodating. Along with their wonderful staff who are very knowledgeable and always friendly. They want to see their patients leave their appointment with the tools to strengthen and improve their active lives!!
I visited this clinic a while back and had a really confusing experience. They called me out of the blue when I was at work and kept asking the same questions, which made me hang up. When I called back, they acted like I was the issue. Fast forward to a few months ago, I decided to give them another shot, but the front desk staff seemed really dismissive and made me feel unwelcome. They were super helpful, knowledgeable and attentive! I felt like i was in great hands the whole time. I came in for a runners knee injury and Chad looked at everything with a wholistic approach, assessing my feet and hips too. I have a lot more understanding about what my body is doing and how to help prevent injury and support recovery. Highly recommend!
