Alisa has a very deep knowledge of the body and will take the time to really listen to your needs. She is committed to achieving your goals and will be as excited as you when you notice the positive changes resulting from her exceptional work. I've noticed so much improvement in my mobility and body awareness since seeing her. I was also able to run longer and more comfortably after the sessions, I couldn't recommend more!
