Absolutely the rudest and most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. I called with a simple question about rental options and was met with complete dismissiveness and outright hostility. The staff member gave incorrect information about their own rental policies, insisting that all rentals require a minimum of three days. I recently rented a vehicle that was in terrible condition and clearly not maintained. The experience was extremely disappointing and concerning from a safety standpoint.
