Our recent experience with this rental company was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Despite confirming that two vans would be delivered, we had to drive an hour to pick one up ourselves—only to find it had no fuel, even though we were told it would be ready to go. Very unprofessional, we rented a van, which broke in between highway, tried to connect to them to seek help, but had 0 help from them, and they are also not compensating us for the inconvenience. These people business licence should be snatched, 0 customer service. 1 star because cant give them 0 technically.

Negative Stars if Possible 😠 I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Yellow Car Rental Company. On June 13th, 2024, our van broke down on the highway en route to Banff, leaving us stranded in dangerous conditions. Despite multiple calls for assistance, we received no help from Yellow Car Rentals. We incurred significant costs due to the breakdown, including the van rental fee, extra gas, unexpected hotel accommodations, towing costs, and bus tickets back to Vancouver.
