Incredibly frustrating experience! We rented a van for trip to Penticton and it broke while at Coquihalla Hwy. We called for assistance, no one answered. We shouldered all the expenses to fix it and Bob Brar promised to reimburse. But his promise remained a promise. After numerous calls and follow ups, nothing happened. Not one of their staff return calls if you leave a message. Will never deal with this company ever again!
Our recent experience with this rental company was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Despite confirming that two vans would be delivered, we had to drive an hour to pick one up ourselves—only to find it had no fuel, even though we were told it would be ready to go. To make matters worse, the return process was just as disorganized. We arranged for the van to be picked up on a specific date, but no one ever showed.
