Beware of this company! If there is a negative star, that's what I want to rate them. We rented a van, a Ford Transit to be exact last July for our church Outreach in Kelowna. They delivered the van to our house at 9:30 AM, (they promised it will be 9:00 AM). The van is so smelly inside, the driver said that it just arrived from Calgary. I asked the driver "are you sure this van will be able to bring us to Kelowna and he said “yes”. Incredibly frustrating experience! We rented a van for trip to Penticton and it broke while at Coquihalla Hwy. We called for assistance, no one answered. We shouldered all the expenses to fix it and Bob Brar promised to reimburse. But his promise remained a promise. After numerous calls and follow ups, nothing happened. Not one of their staff return calls if you leave a message. Will never deal with this company ever again!
Our recent experience with this rental company was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Despite confirming that two vans would be delivered, we had to drive an hour to pick one up ourselves—only to find it had no fuel, even though we were told it would be ready to go. Very unprofessional, we rented a van, which broke in between highway, tried to connect to them to seek help, but had 0 help from them, and they are also not compensating us for the inconvenience. These people business licence should be snatched, 0 customer service. 1 star because cant give them 0 technically.
