Called to report a terrible, aggressive driver, that almost caused a wreck. Was on the phone for 30 mins trying to give the report. Then said it would be an hour till I got a call back. Didn't get a call. Called back next person wouldn't take the report either or transfer me. Said it would be 48-72 hours for a call back. Hopefully she doesnt kill anyone or herself in a wreck by then.
This incident occured on 12/16. When the taxi slowed to 20 under the speed limit in the fast lane, we tried to wave, flash, and honk to get them to switch lanes. Driver deliberately brake checked us and other cars on the road multiple times after those cars also tried to get the slow moving taxi out of the fast lane. This taxi was also carrying at least 2 passengers in the backseat. Dangerous and unprofessional
Cab number 1964 was driving on 67th Ave south of Indian school rd. He was swerving, driving erratically, and nearly took out a bicyclist.
If you're thinking bout this service then stop. Just walk there instead. I'd rather walk in 100 degree weather than actually deal with this "cab" service. We had them for foster family pick up & they made the child's experience so much worst not turning up or turning up 2 hours late. This hateful joke of a company doesn't understand how booking a ride works. These clowns with yellow cars need to stop pretending they run a cab service, it's like Katty perry saying she's a astronaut
This is a terrible service. I booked 2 taxis for a group of 9. They first booked a minivan and stated everyone could fit. After they finally realized we needed 2 cars, they ended up sending 1 anyways. When we called, they told us we don’t guarantee a driver will pick up your ride request. Great, would have been nice to know that at some point BEFORE our scheduled pickup time. The driver then proceeds to add distance on the route to jack up the fair.
