amazing place
Driving two hours for an exclusive prom dress was worth the trip to this shop. They had just what they advertise and the girl who helped us knew exactly what we where talking about when we described it to her. She even helped us with the dress by hanging it back up and picking other gowns she thought we might like. The store was well organized and the prices where great too. My daughter was thrilled with her experience and we will be going back for homecoming.
What a great place. Not only is it gorgeous inside and the selection is amazing, but the customer service and the girls who work there are fabulous. We always find what we need here and it gets better every year. Keep up the great work!
This is by far the most helpful and friendly shop i've ever been in. all their gowns are in bags so that you don't have beads strung everywhere and hanging off the dresses like with a select few other stores. the employees carry the dresses to the fitting rooms, get them out of the bags, get shoes and jewelry out for you-even put it ON you, and they hang the dresses up. i got to relax and enjoy watching my daughter try on lots of dresses until she found the perfect one. the manager helped us and she was extremely knowledgeab... read more
I haven't found a prom/bridal shop like this since I can't remember when, my sister took her daughter into this shop for the first time. We where so pleasantly surprised by not only the atmosphere of this great shop but the customer service was more than I accepted. We looked through hundreds of gowns and finally the young girl helped us pick one out for my niece. She loved two of them and she couldn't make up her mind so we bought them both.. Best of...bridal or formal shops in the tri state area! What a great experience, my daughter and I were treated like royalty, not only the prices great, but service, selection, and pricing for my budget. I tell EVERYONE that this is the only place to shop!!!!!!!
The best decision I ever made! was worth the trip to find the perfect gown, they made me feel welcomed from the first time I walked in.
