Craig was absolutely fantastic to work with, kept us well informed through the whole process and had our best interests at heart
Thank you Craig - you made this process very smooth and stress free ! Always prompt in returning calls and emails . Highly recommend Craig at YBR
Craig was an absolute pleasure to work with and a gentleman. He was extremely thorough, great with communication and correspondence and amazingly helpful in navigating some difficult hurdles. Would highly recommend him, thanks again it was a pleasure and really appreciate the fantastic work, warm regards
My experience has been awful, I discussed what my needs were from the very first phone call, and after a long drawn out process, my weekly repayments increased, while my interest rate decreased. Apparently the broker did not know how the lender conducted their ways of repayments. Then wanted me to set up another bank accounts, to have the repayment deducted monthly. Extremely disappointed and frustrated, and now ghosting me.
Switched on broker! Can deal with anything. Craig was the only person who could help us. Highly recommend anyone looking for a broker. Would definitely use this service again.
