My experience has been awful, I discussed what my needs were from the very first phone call, and after a long drawn out process, my weekly repayments increased, while my interest rate decreased. Apparently the broker did not know how the lender conducted their ways of repayments. Then wanted me to set up another bank accounts, to have the repayment deducted monthly. Extremely disappointed and frustrated, and now ghosting me.
Switched on broker! Can deal with anything. Craig was the only person who could help us. Highly recommend anyone looking for a broker. Would definitely use this service again.

The team at YBR Upwey are fantastic. They have helped me on my home purchases as well as a home loan refinance. They are very professional and down to earth. They explained things that made it easier to understand the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone.
Craig and Lauren have been fantastic to deal with, they both went above and beyond to find us a loan to purchase our first home and agian when refinancing. Can not recommend them enough!
