We had a bad experience and would not recommended . We tried to re finance our loan and the process time was too long. i think they should have a check list rather than asking for document serval times a week. In customer point of view it’s furtrated for us to email back and forth for all the required doc. They should be more organized and listed all the doc they needed. We didn’t end up get our loan and had to find another broker.
