El peor servicio de transporte que he tomado. El transporte no estuvo a tiempo. Luego nos cambiaron de transporte y de conductor. Llegamos al outlet muy muy tarde de lo planificado. La hora de retorno nos impusieron. El conductor obligó a pagar la tip antes de finalizar con el servicio. Y lo peor no nos dejaron en un lugar que no nos recogieron. Terrible!!!! Bad credit company!!!!! Don't take this company's bus anymore!! It dropped us off in a very far place, which is not the drop-off place we chosen before!!! It's very inconvenient to come back to our residence. The driver just said there is near to his home, he'll not drive to any other place. But it conflicted to our commitment we made before!! 差！！！！无信誉的公司！！！再也不要坐这个公司的车，跟约定下车地点不一样，说好在曼哈顿下，司机把人丢到法拉盛终点站就不管了！！司机说这里离他家近！！那个地方非常不方便回到我们的住处！提着大包小包走很远去坐地铁，还要换很多线！晚上还安排了事情都被耽误了！

Dont take this bus! The operator told me to be at the bus station at 8.50. I was there 10mins earlier and they said they forgot to come pick me up, so they told me to take subway to the bus!

Would never take again. Had such a rude and nasty driver. Very disappointing and unprofessional people.
