After researching local photographers in Sussex County, DE, specifically those who specialize in Professional Head Shots, I decided to work with John Yeatman Jr. of Yeatman Photography in Lewes, DE. John was amazing to work with. If you are looking for a pet photographer, there is nobody better. He took his time at the outset to make sure my dog was comfortable in the new place before starting our session so the photos came out as great as possible. Not to mention, John is incredibly kind, down to earth, and knowledgeable. I’m going to cherish the pictures he took for the rest of my life. I can’t recommend him enough!

This is the first time I’ve ever bought a photograph from a picture posted online. Also the first time I’ve ever personally seen John’s work. This was a nature photo of a heron taking off in flight. The photo arrived today - it’s breathtaking! The quality of the photo, and of the print, was amazing. John was great to communicate with and is an incredible photographer.

I had a great experience with John. I had to get a head shot done in a tight period of time. He more than met the time deadline. In the shoot itself, he demonstrated high-level professionalism in positioning me for the best the result and then executing with the camera. I am old enough that I likely will not need to have another head shot done, but, if I weren’t, I would definitely seek out John. I couldn’t be happier with the process and the result.
