Called them & left message, but they never returned my call. My boyfriend called them & left a message, but they didn't return his call either.

For the past 2 years I paid Marcus to prepare and file my taxes and for the past 2 years my taxes were not filed. Enough said. The guy is a crook and a scam artist
Called a few times last year, left cheery voicemails and received no, zero, response. Busy or no, I would have liked a response, to schedule out or to have them suggest a month to call... anything would have been nice. I appreciate the 5 star, but I can't say that about them. Perhaps the number on the awning is wrong??
