Been here twice and have been served by the young guy both times and have had great customer service! Easy going and knows his customers needs without being rushed or pressured
The staff member I had to do an exchange was very flustered and did not know how to do a simple exchange in the system. Stressed me out so bad! Asked the same questions over and over It’s really not that hard when you have a receipt, the garment has all the tags. Maybe some more training on the computer system would be beneficial to all.
