The staff member I had to do an exchange was very flustered and did not know how to do a simple exchange in the system. Stressed me out so bad! Asked the same questions over and over It’s really not that hard when you have a receipt, the garment has all the tags. Maybe some more training on the computer system would be beneficial to all.

Staff were impatient, showing zero interest in helping. Felt like I was bothering them just by asking simple questions.
Very helpful and knowledgeable team 10/10 Would return here for any future events.
