No communication when the store didn’t have the stock available even though it showed as instock after placing an online store, store couldn’t confirm when they could get stock or provide an option to pickup at another store. When I asked how to proceed with a refund, the staff member didn’t know the process. Hopefully I receive a refund… time will tell.
