Went into the store this morning at the very beginning of suit shopping for my nieces wedding. Needed complete tuxedo, waistcoat, bow tie, shirt for hubby and 2 adult sons. BELLA WAS FANTASTIC!!!!!! She was very knowledgeable, even with questions i thought were stupid, kind, friendly and helpful. Each of my boys, she made sure each piece fit correctly and they were comfortable. I cried seeing hubby and my boys all dressed up and she was amazing! Employee of the company! Thank you Bella, you are a gem!
I had such a good experience at the Werribee Plaza YD store. The Sales assistant (Arnica) went above and beyond to help me. To get this level of customer service and professionalism was much appreciated. Keep up the great work.
Marcus helped us with the suit and it's perfect and he was amazing at finding the best fitted clothes we really appreciated the help.
Nathan was very easy to deal with and knows his stuff. I hate shopping for suits but he made it much easier. Cheers mate
