I have called this place 10 times on seperate days and not once have they answered. Can't leave a voicemail as it says their voicemail is full. Called to follow up on an order I had already paid for that they said they will ship from another store. Its been 2 weeks and heard nothing. Terrible customer experience
Made to feel like a criminal or a lowlife when returning faulty items. I had purchased a pair of pants for a wedding and notice a massive rip at the crotch of the pants. When returning today the lady behind the counter told me that “they have clearly been worn” I tried to explain that even if they had been worn I would expect these pants to last longer than 30 days and that all I wanted was an exchange to a non faulty pair. If your staff does not want to work then don't display anything at a height where a customer can't reach. I asked one of the sales person to get me a size and she was making faces. Not a good vibe.
I went with my mum to buy a suit and Sandra and Melissa we’re both helpful and friendly and walked out with what I wanted to purchase because of them
