I purchased around $210 worth of blazers today, but unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your staff members named Ihsan. He was extremely arrogant, unhelpful and refused to show any clothing. Instead, he told me not to pull out the blazers myself. I’m not sure how customers are expected to make a purchase if staff are unwilling to provide basic assistance. I have called this place 10 times on seperate days and not once have they answered. Can't leave a voicemail as it says their voicemail is full. Called to follow up on an order I had already paid for that they said they will ship from another store. Its been 2 weeks and heard nothing. Terrible customer experience

Made to feel like a criminal or a lowlife when returning faulty items. I had purchased a pair of pants for a wedding and notice a massive rip at the crotch of the pants. When returning today the lady behind the counter told me that “they have clearly been worn” I tried to explain that even if they had been worn I would expect these pants to last longer than 30 days and that all I wanted was an exchange to a non faulty pair. If your staff does not want to work then don't display anything at a height where a customer can't reach. I asked one of the sales person to get me a size and she was making faces. Not a good vibe.
