I should have grabbed her name, but there is an absolute GEM who works here. She effectively held my hand through the whole process of getting my groomsman suit together, even ordering a new pair of pants express due to a minor imperfection in the first pair. Seriously, 11/10 service, so nice and helpful to someone completely out of their depth, give this woman a raise. For her bosses, she was working today at midday when I collected my order. Please see that she is recognised for her efforts.

False advertising. They put a sign on a stand saying Shorts and Chinos 50% off second pair, which was half full of Chino Shorts and Shirts. I grabbed two pairs of shorts from the stand and went to pay and they said the Chino Shorts weren't on sale. Well why is the big sale sign right on the stand clearing promoting what is on the stand?
