My mum and i had a bad experience with the somewhat young girl with short brown hair (didn’t get her name) She had the worst attitude… Needs to get out of the customer service business asap.
I bought pants from another store, thought I’d have a quick look in yd and the store manager was absolutely fantastic. I ended up buying pants from yd and returned the other stores items. Much better quality and excellent service! 10/10
I shop here every year for new suits, belts and shoes cause of the staff. But recently have never met someone more rude and unprofessional, Bree seriously needs a reality check or retraining because she’s turning away customers and sales.
