Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order in May for custom seat covers worth AUD $449. After weeks of waiting with very little meaningful communication, I was finally contacted to say my original order still hadn’t arrived due to “logistics issues.” Instead of providing what I had actually paid for, I was offered a completely different, much simpler design and asked whether I wanted to accept that instead.
