Had to fire YD Tax Services over gross negligence discovered during an audit - leaving me with a four figure tax liability for only one year (plus exposure to penalties). Turned out that documents were incorrectly filed (on wrong schedules), filed late or never received by the IRS (despite eFile status) - and the owner offers no proof of transmission.
