Went in today to look at jumpers and jackets. I was not offered any help with sizes. I tried three jumpers and they didn't fit, when I went to the counter the shop assistant explained there were larger sizes available. But after browsing for 15 minutes by myself, I was not interested anymore. Will not be returning, very rude and dismissive. Staff seem to talk to themselves rather than customers.
Excellent, prompt service! Visited yd. Southland for a shirt. Felt unsure of size. Eliza kindly stepped in, assuring me the size selected was an excellent fit. It was this assurance that persuaded the purchase of additional items in my visit. Yes I recommend yd. Southland! Eliza's efforts today being on her own, deserve to be recognised by yd.
Ask if Billy’s in, man will have you sorted head to toe. Expect a little brutal honesty too.
