If you visit the YD in Roselands branch, be sure to ask for Kareem! He is friendly, professional and kind. Of course, the other staff members were friendly too. This shop has a lovely atmosphere.
I went into YD Roselands on the 29th of June to look for a suit for my partner. Rafqa and Kareem were such great help. They made it such an enjoyable and seamless experience. I would highly recommend coming to YD Roselands.
I shopped at YD Roselands over Christmas and I must say what a great experience it was . There clothing range was amazing. Way above any other men's store I have shopped in . And what wonderful customer service they had there , Kareem was the gentleman serving me , and i thanked him so much for all the help he gave me , What a great guy he was .
My son and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mathew today. Mathew was a true professional, showing genuine customer service skills from the moment we walked in. Mathew immediately started suggesting appropriate suits for my teenage son - all without being pushy or that strong sell you get. He alone made this purchase pain free for me. I highly recommend both yd and Mathew himself. Thank you Mathew, you're a remarkable young man and a credit to yd. I know we will be back to yd when the need arises.
Good selection of suits, and other formal apparel. The sales assistant, Matthew, was spectacular at his job. Great service and very knowledgeably of YD's products.
