I shopped at YD Roselands over Christmas and I must say what a great experience it was . There clothing range was amazing. Way above any other men's store I have shopped in . And what wonderful customer service they had there , Kareem was the gentleman serving me , and i thanked him so much for all the help he gave me , What a great guy he was .
My son and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mathew today. Mathew was a true professional, showing genuine customer service skills from the moment we walked in. Mathew immediately started suggesting appropriate suits for my teenage son - all without being pushy or that strong sell you get. He alone made this purchase pain free for me. I highly recommend both yd and Mathew himself. Thank you Mathew, you're a remarkable young man and a credit to yd. I know we will be back to yd when the need arises.
