I had a very disappointing experience at the YD store inside Myer. When I approached the manager to request an exchange, I was met with abrupt and rude behaviour. She immediately refused the request, claiming she didn't know how to process the exchange and that it would affect her stock — which seemed like an excuse rather than a genuine reason.
