Just bought a suit and a dress shirt from James in YD, one of the smoothest transactions I’ve ever had in the store. I don’t often write reviews by names, but this one was one to remember. I experienced wonderful, professional service from a smartly dressed staff member who listened without judgement and had time for different customers. I was happy with my purchase as a result.
Another woeful and frustrating Myers experience with bored and disinterested staff who seem to be absent most of the time. I saw 2 people return their shoes as nobody was there to make the purchase. I had to wait 30mins before anyone would help me. Utterly useless service.
