I need to pick up my pants I had shortened and the website states Merrylands YD opens at 9am. Not a good look. Now I’m late to work for no reason.
I visited YD Merrylands store twice this week and was served by the same pleasant and helpful staff member. Grace was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was kind, professional and highly efficient. Excellent customer service like this is highly commendable and highly appreciated.
