The people looking after the YD store in Marion Westfields are absolute superstars. Starting with Alia, Paige & Charles; they are what Customer Service is all about. Their approach has a personal touch / empathy to it as compared to just going through the motion to make a sale. They outfitted me for a formal event & patiently looked after the alterations, alerted me by phone & voice-mail when the clothes were ready for pickup. Definitely will promote their store & will come back soon.
