The wonderful woman who was working at the store today around 11:30am did an absolute amazing job helping my partner style some outfits for our upcoming teaching prac. She also made sure to check with each and every customer there for any inquires about any of the store's products. She also recommended us to an amazing sushi shop in Maitland. I didn't get her name unfortunately, but she made out experience at yd very pleasant!
Alicia is the best thing that’s happened to yd! My partner and I went in to get a suit for a wedding last week. Alicia was there on her own with a full store, she managed to attend to every customer whilst giving genuine service. We left with a full suit + shoes all from the one store, which is very rare for my partner. She made everyone laugh and truly upheld great energy whilst stretching herself thin!!! I’ve been a regular at the Kotara store for a long time, but I’ve noticed a significant decline in the overall atmosphere over the last few months. What used to be a high-energy environment with great service now feels incredibly tense, and it’s clearly impacting the customer experience.
