Came in today to pick up a suit and had the pleasure of being helped by Rav. Exceptional service from start to finish. He was patient, genuinely helpful, and had great suggestions. Helped me put the whole look together, not just the suit itself, and his eye for what works made a real difference. Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about getting it right. If you’re heading into YD Knox, ask for Rav.
Very friendly and helpful staff -- any concerns my son and I had when buying a suit, they helped us sort out and were very professional with their tips on styling and alteration. We were helped by Georgette and Maddy today. Georgette, the store manager, was so patient and knowledgeable, which was very helpful for buying my son's first suit. We would definitely be happy to go back again.
Needed new shoes and Hush Puppies are no longer at Knox. Never been into yd before, but I will be back in the future based on the quality of their shoes. Helpful staff as well. It's hard to tell how big the store is from the outside, but they have a lot of stock and an area to try things on in the back.
Matthew gave my son exceptional service in finding the right suit for his formal. His service and friendliness was outstanding! Such a great shopping experience! Highly recommend this store and staff. There was also a lovely young lady who was also lovely.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the YD store at Knox Westfield, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by a lovely young man (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch his name), but he set the tone for a comfortable shopping for me.
