Amy was the rudest person I have EVER come across. I’ve been to the store twice and both times she left me and my partner shocked by her poor attitude and customer service, any time I asked a question she would sigh and roll her eyes, even at times she’d ignore us. Never coming back.
Worst customer experience today… by the so called manager “Amy”. Will not honour yd policy of exchange stating unsellable cause not folded properly? Seems like from prior review she doesn’t have any customer service… why is she still there? I went to dfo yd Jindalee shortly after. Exchange done with Nil issues :) I definitely want the worker looked into. She too busy on her phone. Literally worst customer service ever.. I get better from my local McDonald’s. Saturday 26th July…. Female staff with red hair extremely rude!! Pulled the curtain open when my daughter was trying clothes on then took the coat hanger and stormed off. Will not be back!!
