Had the most patronizing employee interaction today (08/07) for no reason at all. The bored-sounding young woman with red hair for some reason assumed I didn't know what a polo shirt was, and proceeded to condescendingly describe the concept of a polo to me, despite the fact we were standing right next to the polos. Not surprised to see so many poor reviews here. My chinos split along the seam after 2 months of moderate wear. Went instore for what I hoped would be a simple exchange, and had the worker in store comment that they had been worn amd washed (I assumed this was how everybody used clothing). He then spent 20minutes texting his manager, asking for his options. She came back with the offer to repair them, not replace. Patrick was so helpful - great advice and top customer service. Made everyone in the shop feel welcomed.
Bought 2 shirts. Washed them both before wearing. One fell apart in the wash. The stitching was inferior paid $49 for that shirt. Tried getting a refund. Eventually they offered to exchange the shirt for another. I wash this shirt and guess what. It also fell apart in the same way as the first. Obviously there is an issue with the stitching at manufacturing supplier. I will be making another hour long trip back to this shop and demand a full refund. I'll never buy anything else from this shop again.
Amy was the rudest person I have EVER come across. I’ve been to the store twice and both times she left me and my partner shocked by her poor attitude and customer service, any time I asked a question she would sigh and roll her eyes, even at times she’d ignore us. Never coming back.
