Visited YD Homebush DFO today and had a very frustrating experience. The store was playing loud Punjabi songs that completely ruined the shopping atmosphere for me. In a public retail store inside a multicultural shopping centre, music should create a comfortable environment for all customers, not feel like someone’s personal playlist.
