Went in today to purchase a suit, shoes etc.. 6 people in store while the 2 staff members laugh and joke without helping.. It’s a pretty sad day when you have to ask for service.. worst customer service I’ve ever received

I had a very disappointing experience at the YD store in Harbour Town, Gold Coast. The customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever come across. The staff were not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. When I asked for assistance, they showed no interest in helping and acted as though I was bothering them. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and respect, but instead I was made to feel unwelcome. It was clear they had no interest in providing good service or looking after their customers.
