Always buy my clothes from here and so far it’s been ok, so I’ve decided to try their shoes. I bought this shoes less than a week ago and is already coming apart. I’ve only worn them twice. Completely unacceptable.
This review is for Kresh(?)(sorry mate I forgot the second I left Erina) who provided outstanding service yesterday (9th Oct, 2024). I basically bought a whole wardrobe but he made the process super easy and comfortable with his friendly, professional and proactive attitude. 10/10 would shop again
This is a review for Nicole, She’s such great asset to YD, always remembers me when I come in and have always received impeccable customer service from Nicole, attentive and has great suggestions even though I’m pretty picky and always know what I’m looking for in general. Just love her approach, great customer service, very approachable and fantastic attitude towards customers. I Manager a prestige vehicle brand and I would hire Nicole in a heart beat!
