Matthew from yd Eastgardens delivered some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Professional, attentive, and effortlessly charming in the way he guided me through all of my options. He went above and beyond at every step. I entered the store as merely a customer, and left feeling like a brother of his. An absolute superstar of the retail world and a huge asset to yd, I’d return in a heartbeat purely because of Matthew’s exceptional service.
George was so helpful today - giving good advice without being pushy. Quality suits and shirts that feels nice to wear. Still quite similar clothes to their other brands like Tarocash but decent range.

Went into Yd with my family to organise outfits for my grandfather’s funeral and Matthew was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. He’s a young guy but so mature, respectful and patient. His customer service was amazing, he made a difficult day much easier, guided us through everything we needed and made sure we felt comfortable and achieved the best look for our grandfather. Truly grateful for his help.
I came into YD Eastgardens to purchase a formal suit for my 16 year old son. The staff were very attentive and helped him out enormously with different suggestions but listened to what he had in mind also. They were also very patient when I was trying to fit everything into my budget and just wanted my son to have the best experience. I would definitely recommend visiting and purchasing here the clothes are great quality but good value also! 5 stars!
