I purchased my sons formal outfit from this store l was served by Mathew. I had just walked out of another store where l was not impressed with the service. It was close to closing time. I was blown aware by Matthew's manner he was courteous, humourous, personable and didnt rush us. The whole experience was memorable for my sons first suit for his formal. Matthew from yd Eastgardens delivered some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Professional, attentive, and effortlessly charming in the way he guided me through all of my options. He went above and beyond at every step. I entered the store as merely a customer, and left feeling like a brother of his. An absolute superstar of the retail world and a huge asset to yd, I’d return in a heartbeat purely because of Matthew’s exceptional service.
George was so helpful today - giving good advice without being pushy. Quality suits and shirts that feels nice to wear. Still quite similar clothes to their other brands like Tarocash but decent range.
Angelina is a superstar. Helpful, attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable. The whole team are lovely. Great retail experience 👌
Went into Yd with my family to organise outfits for my grandfather’s funeral and Matthew was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. He’s a young guy but so mature, respectful and patient. His customer service was amazing, he made a difficult day much easier, guided us through everything we needed and made sure we felt comfortable and achieved the best look for our grandfather. Truly grateful for his help.
