Was helped by a brilliant new salesman here, a tall man (I didnt catch his name), who was amazing and helped us find some pieces for my partner for an emo/alt wedding we are attending soon. Was made to feel like I was an inconvenience to the sales person. No Acknowledgement while I was walking around the store and when I asked to try on some clothes the salesperson said yeah over there. He was more interested in gossiping with the last salesperson. If you don’t want to take the time helping customers then why are you working in retail. As I like YD clothing I decided to go to your Epping store where the salespeople were more than happy to help me. In the end I got 2 outfits and a jacket just on $500. It just sh... read more
Love YD, but really disappointed with the service .The salesman with curly hair couldn’t be bothered. seemed totally uninterested in helping customers. You guys can do better. Get staff who actually care.
