I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, Ganga. She had a wonderful experience shopping at YD a few days ago while looking for clothing for my father, who can be quite difficult to shop for! She wanted to specifically acknowledge Dima and Prue for their outstanding customer service. She told me they were friendly, attentive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout her visit. Thank you both for making my mother's shopping experience such a positive and enjoyable one. Your excellent service was truly appreciated!!
I came in last week to look for some pants to wear for a friends wedding later this year. They unfortunately didn’t have my size in store but thankfully Joshua was kind enough to get the size and colour I wanted from a different store and get it sent to this store so I can pick it up. It’s saved me so much time and energy from having to go to another store to buy it. Joshua was really helpful and understanding and I will definitely come back again next time I need any new formalwear.
Had a suit done last second over here and I couldn’t be happier. Eva and Flora helped and make a nice welcoming experience. Chat this is a big win! also the suit looked great on me. Naturally.
Was helped by a brilliant new salesman here, a tall man (I didnt catch his name), who was amazing and helped us find some pieces for my partner for an emo/alt wedding we are attending soon. The salesman came to us quickly, listened to our requirements, found us everything we needed, was eager to help, and honestly seemed like a great guy as well as an asset to the store.
