Went to the store today (19/07/25) morning and the guy working there was extremely rude. Didn’t greet, didn’t even look at us, just kept doing his own work like we didn’t exist. We were clearly struggling but he ignored us completely. When we asked something, he responded so rudely and didn’t care at all. Honestly, terrible experience. But when we went to the Harbour Town branch, the staff there were the total opposite super helpful and kind. Big difference. This guy needs to learn basic manners.

Going to yd. to finish off my son's formal outfit was a wonderful experience. The gentleman Michael Dunn went above and beyond in sourcing the perfect coloured shirt from another store ready the next morning and he completely accessorised his outfit with tie, tie clip, pocket square, belt, socks and shoes and gave multiple put together options to choose from.
