I rarely leave reviews however after today’s interaction at 8.55am prior to store opening, I couldn’t not leave a thank you for Jordan. A pleasure to be served by with exceptional service. The staff at Yd. were super easy to deal with and offered great advice for our groomsmen suits. They had a good variety of beige suits which made it easy to find one to suit our colour palate while also avoiding clashes with my wedding dress. The customer service was fantastic, and they made the whole process simple and stress-free!
My teenage son needed an outfit for a special event, and we were lucky enough to be assisted by Jordon located at Cockburn. From the moment we walked in, Jordon was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely attentive to what my son was looking for.
Went into yd. today and was served by Dannii. She was friendly , knew her fashion and gave great advice on pairing up some clothes for my husband. Old fashioned customer service which you don’t see everyday. Thanks Dannii for the lovely shopping experience today.
I’m a carer and came in with one of my clients who struggles verbally and has Tourette’s so doesn’t have a lot of control over his ticks. Georgia assisted us with styling Robert, her patience with him and suggestions considering his wants and needs was fantastic! I usually struggle going shopping with clients as staff don’t want to help us seeing Robert’s condition but Georgia made shopping enjoyable for both myself and Robert. 100% will be bringing back Robert and future clients to YD Cockburn from now on!
