I entered the store and was greeted by Emma and Darcy, who from the start were tremendous and well knowledgeable about products and styles to wear, not only that but the customer service was 10/10 and provided insights I never knew, I would recommend this store and staff to anyone, affordable prices, keep up the great work team!!!
A welcoming staff member, female manager, but had no idea about helping us with styling for my teenage son. I felt really confused, upset and we left with nothing. Was very distracted during the process also and I had to interrupt her whilst she was talking to an applicant for a job there.
