Avoid!!! Worst experience i had with these guys. Bought the stuff which is no where any cheaper than any other place! Left it gor alteration, they said 12 days later i can pick it, which was fine, came to pick on the day it supposed to be ready, the guy checks in and out and then says sorry its not ready. And i asked him why you didnt let me know if it wasnt gonna get done in time, he said “i wasnt the one one who sold it it you” “ i can refund if you want” at this point i dont even want the freaking thing for free!!! Clothes wrinkle and damage so easily… the customer service was great at this store but the actually material is very poor, especially for humid weather. I wouldn’t recommend anyone in Darwin to buy from YD - it’s not suitable. Buttons were coming off shirts, they wrinkle so quickly, pants were discoloured quickly
Recent purchased MARINA SKINNY SUIT from the Casuarina square store, the pant decoloured terribly after first handwash, bring back to the store, the sales woman denied the quality problem, refuse to provide any solution with very arrogant attitude, very disappointed and will not purchase again from YD.
