Wow!!! Just wow... How things have changed in this store. Kate and the team there are so awesome, I cant thank them enough. They're helpful caring and attentive. The last manager in this store made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome he was rude and arrogant. But the new team in this store couldn't be more helpful. You can really feel care this team has for the store. Thanks again Kate, you and your team are the reason I'm shopping back at YD Broadway. Keep up the good work
Nathan helped a lot. I asked different sizes with different colour of shoes but no signs of bad attitude. Very accommodating and genuinely happy person.
Wasted time going to the store to be refused service by Ashika just over 5 minutes before the advertised closing time for a single-item card transaction. Those that have worked in retail know that counting cash in a register before closing does not mean you cannot process a card transaction, particularly a return.
Michael is fantastic, incredible service. Always feel looked after and heard here. Very easy to be a regular!
