I been to YD this morning in Broadmedows , there is guy who works for this store . He don’t know how to deal with customers and obviously zero customer service . Wt happened is, I was looking for black T shirts with round neck and I was looking for my size . This guy came up to me and said this is disrespectful because I open the T shirt and he’s don’t want fold . I said it’s part of u r job and he’s shut up . Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service. Two days before my brother’s wedding, I came to this shop to have a pair of pants tightened that I had purchased from them. The staff took my measurements and clearly promised the alteration would be ready the next day. I trusted them based on this promise. When I arrived at 5:55pm to pick it up, the shop was already closed despite being told they close at 9pm. Went in buy a couple of shirts for my nephew, great customer service by Orlando, who was very helpful in assisting in purchasing a couple of good quality shirts. Very happy with my purchase
Orlando was great from start to end when choosing my suit. Brought all the sizes and colours I wanted to try one and never rushed anything.
