I was looking for a suit for a ball last week. Chris was awesome. I've never had someone so knowledgeable in any store. He explained everything that he was doing and why certain things work or don't work. He managed to get alterations done in super short time. And when I picked my suit up, he remembered the ball was the next day and offered to steam it for me because the pants had some creases. Top caring service.
Went into YD Albury today to shop for a suit and was served by Chris instore. He was extremely personable and had fantastic customer service, made the experience very easy going
