I wouldn’t recommend this title company. They made promises on the documentation that was promised and didn’t respond in a timely manner. They said they’d provide certain documents at closing (survey) that wasn’t provided. Committed to transferring FPL account that didn’t occur and ultimately had electric shut off unexpectedly after they didn’t transfer properly.
