Great experience working with YCM for my closing! We ended up moving forward with a really quick closing (less than two weeks between contract date and close date), and they had everything prepared, itemized, and even caught/resolved an oversight my title agent missed 5 years ago when I purchased the home from the developer. Would definitely use them in the future!
